10. Insurance and Permits

Where required by law, RoboHomes maintains general liability and workers' compensation insurance. Responsibility for obtaining permits, approvals, or inspections will be addressed in the applicable project agreement.

Clients are responsible for obtaining and maintaining homeowners insurance and any other property-specific insurance requirements unless otherwise agreed in writing.

11. Intellectual Property

All proprietary technology, software, systems, processes, methods, designs, and documentation used or developed by RoboHomes remain the exclusive property of RoboHomes or its licensors.

Clients receive no ownership interest in RoboHomes' intellectual property and are granted only those usage rights expressly stated in a written agreement.

12. Privacy and Data

RoboHomes collects and processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such collection and use.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or RoboHomes' services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
